The Pseudaspius hakonensis of southern Sakhalin has 17 species of helminths. The helminthofauna includes freshwater and marine parasites. This is due to the peculiarities of the rudd’s life cycle. The helminthofauna varies depending on the period of the life cycle. The most common helminths are Pseudorhadinorhynchus leuciscus. Besides, the Pelichnibothrium sp. pl. was found in the rudd one time.
