This paper provids data of 2002–2022 on infectious and parasitic diseases and their prevalence in populations of red king crabs Paralithodes camtschaticus from Kamchatka shelf. The prevalence of diseases in the areas of research was estimated by analysis of the data of visual counting in catches of crabs with signs of pathology. According to the results of studies viral infections, shell disease, necrosis of internal organs were the most important among infectious diseases. Microsporidia and dinoflagellates Hematodinium sp. were the most common parasitic pathogens. The effect caused by rickettsia-like organisms, ciliate, amoeba, pathogenic fungi, was insignificant because they are rarely found in red king crabs near Kamchatka.
